Absolutely! We gladly accept sneakers in any condition.

Prices vary depending on the design

We use only the highest quality materials and paints for our designs so they are dirt, scratch and water resistant to ensure that the design remains intact for as long as possible.

However, as with any sneakers creasing and regular wear and tear is inevitable, we recommend using crease guards and treating your sneakers with up most care

We are able to customise any size such as kids/adult sizing's.

However with style, unfortunately not, we recommend faux leather style sneakers, for example Air Force 1s, Dunks, Jordans, Puma CA Classics, even Kmart Tennis sneakers ect. Reason being that the materials and paints we use are specifically designed for this type of material.

Shipping

YES. We are more than happy to ship anywhere you are in the world and charge a flat rate of $20. All tracking information will be provided to you once the order has been shipped.

We have FREE shipping to all of Australia and a $20 flat rate internationally

Policies

When purchasing with SNEAKERHEADCUSTOMS please be mindful that each product has been carefully hand crafted and made individually for you. ​​Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to refund or exchange your custom sneakers for reasons such as change of mind or damage from regular wear and tear. ​​​​All sales are final once purchase has been made and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or a wrong decision.(Thisincludes sizing and/or design)​​​​If you have selected the incorrect size, please contact info@sneakerheadcustomsau.com quoting your full name and order number within 12 hours of purchase time for correction. ​​​​We dedicate a significant amount of energy and time to ensure we provide the highest of quality products, but please note that because our products are made by hand, sometimes there may be small imperfections. ​​​​In saying this, please keep in mind that when digital mock ups are made prior to purchase for *custom requests* colours may be slightly darker or lighter and sizes may be slightly smaller or larger with the final product. ​​​​We also do not offer refunds if you have failed to track your parcel resulting it being marked as “return to sender”. ​​For more information please see our “Shipping Policy”. ​​​​

Our production time is 3+ weeks before they are shipped to you. During this time we order your shoes from our retailers and the materials needed for your specific custom sneaker and then begin customising.

​​​​Once your custom sneakers are complete we then prepare them for dispatch. ​​​​

Delivery times can be effected due ​​to public holidays, weather delays and unforeseen circumstances.​​​​At checkout we offer the option of adding Transit Protection on your parcel. If your parcel then gets lost or damaged in transit you can simply contact us via email. If you choose not to select transit protection your parcel is not covered with any insurance and sneakerheadcustoms will not be held liable or offer a refund to the buyer for any lost or stolen parcels.  

  • Lost" means the parcel was unable to be found or located after an investigation by our postage team. This includes circumstances where our postage team reasonably believes that the parcel has been lost in transit and is declared as lost by the team.  
  • Damaged” means the contents of the parcel has been materially impaired with respect to its value or function during delivery by our postage team or any subsequent authorised carrier of the parcel.

​​​​If your parcel was declared lost, you must cintact have no more the  20 business days since the last date in the delivery ETA range​​(This only applies to parcels with Transit Protection) ​​​​If your parcel was damaged, you must lodge a claim within 10 business days of the parcel being marked as “delivered”. (This only applies to parcels with Transit Protection) ​​​​Once your sneakers have been shipped you will receive an “Order Shipped” email with your tracking number included. It is then your responsibility to track your parcel all the way up to the day of delivery. ​​​​Sometimes your parcel can arrive when you are not home which will result in your parcel being marked as “Attempted Delivery” and a card will be left, it is then your responsibility to follow the instructions on how to collect/or rearrange redelivery for your parcel. ​​​​Failure to collect your parcel within the time given will result in it being marked as “Returned to Sender” where as stated in our Returns Policy, we do not offer a refund in this situation. You will also be liable for any costs required for the re-shipment of your order and will be emailed an invoice ​​​​We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes. ​​​​
